海敏讹称到澳门小住，到医院详细检查。 朗贤细心讨好伯勤，令伯勤对他好感大增，把皇室之百分之十的股份赠予朗贤，让他加入皇室之董事局。 海敏证实患上肠癌，晴天霹雳，对志豪处处回避，藉词到澳门散心。 海敏在澳门遇宗持及文冰，宗持无意中得悉海敏患上癌症，大为同情，表面上不动声色，对海敏开解一番。文冰见宗持对海敏细心，大为不快。 海敏改变主意，决继续经营雅高。志豪不知就里，带海敏往拜祭母亲，海敏触景伤情，偷偷落泪。
