A teenage girl decides to replace her controlling father with his wealthy foreign friend during a weekend trip to the Adriatic Sea.

Nadia is an apathetic 16-year-old girl living in Trieste. She has no friends of sorts, in or outside school. One day, she takes a walk with local no-good Brando, and the boy rapes her. From that moment on, Nadia's life changes forever.

Paolo, 40 years old, lives in a small Friulian town close to the north-eastern border. Unreliable and with a passion for good wine, he spends his days at the local tavern and stubbornly stalks his ex-wife.

Although Kristijan is in a coma, Lara starts to receive video clips from his Facebook profile, showing unidentified persons watching him get beaten. She reports this to detective Borut (Jure Henigman, from A Trip and Dual), who starts an investigation. All the observers, who appear in the video clips, will become Lara’s nightmare in her real life. She soon realizes that she is also an accomplice in this horrible event.

At that time (1920), in Zasavje and Trbovlje, similar social conditions were evidently established as in the American Mississippi Delta, necessary for the birth of blues music. This is a story about a difficult and varied life, creativity, passion, hope, about falls and not always ups and downs, about love for a woman, for music, for life.
