Every time a daughter was born, the father of Eleni, Asimina and Froso planted a poplar tree at the edge of their orchard to commemorate the arrival of the new child. As they grew and grew tall and slender, he boasted of them as his daughters. In the proudest poplar, however, Helen's poplar, a swarm of wild bees had already nested. The Next Top Model is a Greek reality television show that forms part of the Top Model series. Greek model Vicky Kayas assumes the role of Tyra Banks from the original series as the head of the search as well as a mentor for the contestants. The first season premiered on October 12, 2009. The basic premise of the series is a group of young female contestants who live together in a house for several weeks while taking part in various challenges, photo shoots and meetings with members of the modeling industry. Normally, one poor-performing contestant is eliminated each week until the last contestant remaining is declared "The Next Top Model" and receives a modeling contract along with other associated prizes.

This series takes place at the isolated village of Kolokotronitsi, a place where life has stuck some decades ago. When Hara, a young woman from Athens comes to the village and opens a cafe, a conflict occurs between her and the totally conservative mayor, Periandros, who doesn't want the ideals and ethic of his village to be destroyed.

Achilleas' wife, Flora, is disappointed by her marriage and remembers nostalgia for her childhood love, Alekos. Fate brings them so they eventually reunite illegally. The series is based on the funny situations between the staff of this aviation camp.
