Mariana is a young woman from the interior of Minas Gerais who leaves for Rio de Janeiro in search of a man who seduced her and got her pregnant. Staying at an uncle's house, she is faced with the difficulties of living in the big city, seeing that finding her husband in Rio is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
