Nechtiac so sebou priberú aj veľmi nepríjemného bratanca Eustacea, ktorý sa však pobytom v Narnii zmení na nepoznanie. Podobne ako predtým Edmundovi, aj jemu hrozí smrteľné nebezpečenstvo. Kráľ Kaspián spolu s myšiakom Reepicheepom sa vydávajú na dobrodružnú výpravu. Jej cieľom je nájsť sedem šľachticov, ktorých strýko Miraz poslal na smrť v diaľavách.

Prvá verzia príbehu o slávnom King Kongovi. Film rozpráva príbeh režiséra Carla Denhama, ktorý sa vydá prenajatou loďou na tajuplný ostrov, aby tam s nič netušiacou herečkou Ann Darrowovou natočiť dobrodružný príbeh na motívy Krásky a zvieraťa. V ostrovnej džungli sa totiž nachádzajú desiatky prehistorických tvorov. Medzi nimi aj obria gorila, zvaná Kong. Domorodci, ktorí držia zvieratá za obrovským starobylým múrom, herečku unesú a obetujú ju Kongovi. Štáb ju však po dlhom boji zachráni a podarí sa im dokonca Konga omámiť a previezť do New Yorku. Tam sa však začne druhá časť strhujúceho príbehu - Denhamova nová atrakcia sa dostane z reťazí a rozpúta v uliciach peklo...

Klasický príbeh gréckej báje o Jásonovi, ktorý hľadá povestné „zlaté rúno“, ponúka divákom mnoho súbojov s obludami ako harpye, hydra alebo obor Talos. Preto s Jásonom musia na Kolchidu cestovať aj najlepší bojovníci, na čele s Herkulom. Chráni ich bohyňa Héra. Vo svojej dobe bol film cenený pre kvalitne urobené triky.

Nórsky moreplavec Thor Heyerdahl uskutočnil s piatimi priateľmi túto legendárnu, 101 dní trvajúcu a vysoko nebezpečnú plavbu v roku 1947. Režiséri Joachim Rönninge a Espen Sandberg vo svojom strhujúcom dobrodružnom filme mapujú prípravy expedície, ale predovšetkým priebeh plavby šiestich priateľov na plti Kon-tiki, ktorá zásadným spôsobom ovplyvnila históriu a presvedčila verejnosť o skutočnom priebehu osídľovania Polynézie. Vizuálne a technicky skvele prepracovaný, ale aj herecky výborne obsadený (Gustaf Skarsgard, Anders Christiansen) snímok bol nominovaný na Oscara v kategórii Najlepší cudzojazyčný film a zastupoval Nórsko na rade filmových festivalov.

Pôvodne samostatné krátke filmy (celkom ich bolo sedem) boli zostavené do celovečerného filmu, bez toho, aby sa potlačil epizodický charakter. Rozprávajú príbeh, ako sa hlavný hrdina ocitol v krajine obrov, ako zmáhala nástrahy magnetové hory či morského sultána, nechýba ani lietajúci koberec. Výtvarne sa Zeman pokúsil napodobniť štýl perzských a arabských miniatúr.
