Biffen and Bananen are two ex bicycle racers who works in the bicycle factory Standard. Biffen is a meat eater, Bananen a vegetarian and they are in constant quarrel.

When Ludvig Ekman is ordered to do his military rehearsals course, he sends one of his employees, Lasse Alm, to do it for him.
