Gobang finds his older sibling wounded when he returns to his village. Dying, the sibling reveals that Naning and his henchman, Jupri, are the culprits. To protect himself, Naning, hires mercenaries. Gobang asks his teacher at another village for advice. He is advised not to take revenge, especially since his lover, Jamilla, is Jupri’s daughter. After spending sometime with his adopted sibling, Nio, Gobang returns. He does not know that the mercenaries have murdered Nio’s father. The situation in the village deteriorates. A Dutch landlord, Van Hallen, murders his best friend. Naning’s mercenary kidnaps Jamilla. And libel is spread that Gobang is the kidnapper, leading to his arrest. Nio comes to avenge his father’s death and frees Gobang from jail. But Nio is killed by Jupri, who in turn, is killed by Gobang. Then Van Hallen is killed. Watched by Jamilla, Gobang takes Nio’s body away.
Rafli, Atika, and Saskia are three friends struggling to develop a music career in Jakarta. They later find a producer who manages to make them famous. Rafli and Atika are also involved in a love relationship. Meanwhile, Saskia, who is in love with Rafli, feels left out. So she decides to leave the group and tries to struggle as a soloist. In her frustration, Saskia gives her love to Eros, a drug addict, who sells Saskia to wealthy men. Saskia also becomes a drug addict. Learning of Saskia’s fate, Rafli and Atika are devastated. Atika gives up Rafli to love and look after Saskia. Rafli accepts Atika’s decision, even though it is also a major sacrifice for Atika.

Their arrival also made the village hoodlums feel angry, so that the KKN activities were disturbed.

Fanny then becomes enraged when she realizes that the promoter has promised the people supplying the funds for her performance that Fanny will sleep with them. She has a violent quarrel with the promoter, which results in her losing her baby.
The movie follows two castaway children who grow up with one of their fathers, but must fend for themselves after they are captured and deified by natives. Adapted from Henry De Vere Stacpoole's novel The Blue Lagoon, via the film of the same name, Pengantin Pantai Biru introduces several differences to the story.
