The Commissioner of Police has been tasked with conducting an investigation into the threat of a terrorist attack in the building of the press concern. During the investigation, he learns about the existence of the 31st department, created by the management of the concern with the aim of eliminating the opposition press.
First-grader Valera Ovechkin, who has a strict mother and a strict teacher, is in love with a ninth-grader Olenka. Mom once, when Valerik was in kindergarten, having learned that he had kissed a girl, threatened the amorous Ovechkin with a colony if he kissed anyone else. Valera believes in the possibility of punishment, but, having fallen in love with Olenka, she breaks the taboos.
This exciting story is about how hard life is for little Baba Yaga when she is only 127 years old! All free time must be spent on learning witchcraft, and this is so boring. She decided to quickly become a real good witch and went to where such little witches are still forbidden to fly - to Mount Blocksberg.
