Formés par un vieux rat sage, Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello et Raphael, par ailleurs amateurs de pizzas, apprennent les techniques des guerriers ninjas afin d’affronter le terrible Shredder dont le but avoué est d’asservir le monde.

Les quatre Tortues ninja parviennent à découvrir l’origine de la substance ayant provoqué leur mutation. Malheureusement, le terrible Shredder la découvre avant eux et l’utilise pour muter et décupler ses forces…
